We believe 100% in our products. If you should receive defective goods please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note these products are crafted by hand, variations in coloring, design, and cutting are part of the handmade nature of the product and do NOT constitute a defective product. We will ask that the defective merchandise is returned to us in order to confirm the issue(s) at hand. Once the goods have been returned and the problem is verified we will ship your replacement items at no cost to you. We cannot guarantee processing of a return if we have not been notified prior to shipment. Please make sure to e-mail us immediately if you should have any problems or concerns. Due to the personal nature of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns for anything other than defective goods.
